Infinity Trinity Tower: A Modern Marvel in Architecture

The inspiration for the Infinity Trinity Tower came from the need for a modern solution that would reflect the technological aspect of Sao Jose dos Campos, home to Embraer headquarters. The challenge was to design a building that could stand out among the taller structures in the area. Chaves Campoy - MVituzzo rose to the occasion, creating a building that has become a local reference.

The Infinity Trinity Tower is a commercial building with 10 floors and over 100 small commercial offices. Despite being located on a small plot and surrounded by taller buildings, the design team managed to make the tower stand out. They achieved this through a simple combination of elements such as glass, masonry, and brise soleil, arranged in a staggered geometric pattern with balconies. The top floor features a concrete beam with two different profiles, adding to the building's unique aesthetic.

The tower was constructed using a concrete structure with prestressed waffle slabs without beams, creating spans of up to 9.3 m. The facade is composed of aluminum windows and glass, using a structural glazing system. The building covers an area of 8,885 sqm and stands 40 meters high. It houses 104 offices ranging from 24 sqm to 419 sqm, along with a lobby, multi-purpose room, and a 300 sqm space with direct street access on the ground floor.

The Infinity Trinity Tower was a project that started in 2012 and was completed in 2016. The design and construction process presented several challenges, including the need to design a building that could stand out from the taller surrounding buildings, considering the availability of a smaller plot and new local laws that limit the height of buildings. Despite these challenges, Chaves Campoy - MVituzzo successfully created a building that has become a local landmark.

The Infinity Trinity Tower has been recognized for its innovative design and construction. It was awarded Silver in the A' Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Award in 2017. This prestigious award is given to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that illustrate outstanding expertise and innovation.
